Barry Flitter - Company Director

Barry Flitter is the Founder of BTR Excavations alongside his son Rick, and both have been instrumental into bringing BTR to life. Barry has virtually cut his teeth in the construction industry and has been an active member in the South Australian Water Industry for more than 50 years. Barry brings immense experience at a foundational level to the board of directors of BTR Excavations.

Rick Flitter - Company Director

Rick has 30+ years’ experience working alongside Barry and has seen massive growth in the company. Starting from humble beginnings, to now employing over 50 local South Australian workers. Rick has been instrumental in delivering works packages specialising in water and waste water connections; serving local government and public utilities within South Australia.  Rick Flitter maintains position on the board of directors at BTR Excavations.

Mark Staffin - Project Manager

Mark joined BTR Excavations in 2001 and has 34 years’ experience within the South Australian water industry. As Project Manager of BTR Excavations, he is engaged in the day to day running of our contract with SA Water and other third party works.
